Scott chose to release "Rebirth of the Emcee" on May 3rd, 2009 because of the events that occurred on May 3rd, 1992. Scott was stabbed to death, but kept alive by the grace of God. Now, seventeen years to the day, he gives positive to negative as a token of his appreciation. A gesture of faith, love, and respect to life and all she has taken away and given.....This is the soundtrack of Scott’s rebirth.
